Mentoring & Leadership Training
As former military officers and teachers, we have a leadership and mentorship program. We seek recent college graduates to serve as mentors as well. If you come from a challenging background and have turned your life around, you are the type of mentor we are looking for. After program completion, our participants know that we are one phone call away.
Accredited High School Diploma
We work diligently with students to ensure that they have all of the support they need to complete high school. We also help them prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), help with interview skills and resume writing.
Family & Individual Counseling
When you face life’s challenges and are struggling to find solutions to problems that are affecting your mental and emotional heath, it is always good to seek professional help. We provide Christian counseling services to individuals and families.We also provide pre-marital counseling and perform wedding ceremonies.
Book Publishing & Film Production
As movie producers and best selling authors, we teach our participants how to write books and screenplays. We will make short films and featured films during their time in the program.
Teen to Adult Enrichment Program
This is our most sought after program. We teach our students how to navigate life through appropriate responses to virtually every situation. Whether that’s interacting with law enforcement, a significant other, family, friends, co-workers or a boss. We change lives in this program.
Entrepreneurship & Public Speaking
With the leadership team owning multiple businesses, we teach our students how to open and maintain a successful business. We help our students write business proposals and business plans. We help them with negotiations and public speaking.
College Baseball Summer League
Our goal is to improve the baseball skills of college baseball players. We have a proven system that has helped hundreds realize their baseball dreams.
Film Festival & Community Impact Award Recipients
At our annual, Regal Leadership Academy Film Festival, we present various awards for short and featured films. We also recognize businesses that make a tremendous impact in the community and present them with the Community Impact Award.
Basic Home Maintenance
We show students how to replace toilets, sinks and floor tiles. We show them how to paint and do other minor repairs around the house. In addition, how to change the oil in a car and how to change a tire.
Disabled and Homeless Veterans
We work with disabled and homeless veterans. As former military officers, we seek to help our fellow veterans with food, housing and mental health services. We equip them with the necessary tools to once again be self-sufficient.

Jerome Adkins is a graduate of Indiana University, and is the CEO of Regal Leadership Academy. He has held corporate leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies to include: Pfizer, Walmart and Amazon. He is a retired military officer, pastor and best selling author. Jerome provides mentorship for our students as well as counseling services for students and their families.

Christina Jackson is a graduate of DeVry University, and is the President of Regal Leadership Academy. She has held countless corporate management positions as well as governmental leadership roles. A true business leader that is detail oriented and results driven.
Joe Austin, President of Baseball Operations
Legendary Coach and Trainer, Joe Austin, is the President of Baseball Operations. Former D1 baseball player and Alabama State University Alum, with over 30 years of baseball coaching and training experience. Joe has trained and developed countless baseball players who have gone on to play in college and professional baseball. Joe oversees the day-to-day operations of our college summer league.

Lloyd King is the Chief Operating Officer for Regal Leadership Academy. He graduated with honors from Colorado Christian University where the first book issued was the Bible. Lloyd served this great nation in the United States Army for 22 years as a Senior Chief Warrant Officer 3 specializing in the field of logistics, maintenance, and construction engineering. He holds two Master Degrees and a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management with emphasis in Human Resources Management. He is licensed as a Georgia Independent Claims Adjuster in the field of property and casualty. He hold certificates from Villanova University in Project Management and Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma. He has operated in a variety of corporate positions with Science Application and International Corporation, Royston Corporation and the juggernaut of retail Walmart managing over $120,000,000.00 in sales. He is a proud husband and father of six children with the goal of facilitating other people to reach a plethora of available opportunities
