Regal Leadership Academy has a plethora of leadership programs and a home building workshop. We wanted to add an accredited high school diploma to the list. On November 5th, 2024, we officially opened Penn Foster High School in Fayetteville, Georgia, and celebrated our first high school graduation on May 18th, 2025.
Summer College Baseball League
Our goal is to improve the baseball fundamentals of college baseball players. The staff has over 50 years of coaching and training experience. We have created a resoundingly successful system to help baseball players.

Disabled & Homeless Veterans
As a veteran owned business, homeless and disabled veterans are near and dear to our hearts. Our Founder, Dr. James D. Jackson, served on the frontline during Desert Storm, and knows firsthand the devastating effects of war. Regal Leadership Academy, through our disabled veterans initiative, provides food and clothing to disabled veterans.

Dr. Jackson graduated from Troy University. He holds a Masters in Exercise Science, an MBA in Marketing and a Doctorate in Theology. He is a Desert Storm combat veteran and is the founder of Regal Leadership Academy. A former school teacher, Dr. Jackson is a best selling author, movie producer and has coached high school and college baseball teams.

Jerome Adkins is a graduate of Indiana University, and is the CEO of Regal Leadership Academy. He has held corporate leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies to include: Pfizer, Walmart and Amazon. He is a retired military officer, pastor and best selling author. Jerome provides mentorship as well as counseling services for students and their families.

Christina Jackson is a graduate of DeVry University, and is the President of Regal Leadership Academy. She has held countless corporate management positions as well as governmental leadership roles. A true business leader that is detail oriented and results driven. She presides over all facets of the business.
Joe Austin, President of Baseball Operations
Legendary Coach and Trainer, Joe Austin, is the President of Baseball Operations. Former D1 baseball player and Alabama State University Alum, with over 30 years of baseball coaching and training experience. Joe has trained and developed countless baseball players who have gone on to play in college and professional baseball. Joe oversees the day-to-day operations of our college summer league.

Lloyd King is the Chief Operating Officer for Regal Leadership Academy. He graduated with honors from Colorado Christian University where the first book issued was the Bible. Lloyd served this great nation in the United States Army for 22 years as a Senior Chief Warrant Officer 3 specializing in the field of logistics, maintenance, and construction engineering. He holds two Master Degrees and a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management with emphasis in Human Resources Management. He is licensed Independent Claims Adjuster in the field of property and casualty.
