 We work diligently with students to ensure that they have all of the support they need to complete high school. We also help them prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), help with interview skills and resume writing.

As former military officers and teachers, we have a leadership and mentorship program. We seek recent college graduates to serve as mentors as well. If you come from a challenging background and have turned your life around, you are the type of mentor we are looking for. After program completion, our participants know that we are one phone call away.

When you face life’s challenges and are struggling to find solutions to problems that are affecting your mental and emotional heath, it is always good to seek professional help. We provide Christian counseling services to individuals and families.We also provide pre-marital counseling and perform wedding ceremonies.

As movie producers and best selling authors, we teach our participants  how to write books and screenplays. We will make short films and featured films during their time in the program. 

This is our most sought after program. We teach our students how to navigate life through appropriate responses to virtually every situation.  Whether that’s interacting with law enforcement, a significant other, family, friends, co-workers or a boss. We change lives in this program.

With the leadership team owning multiple businesses, we teach our students how to open and maintain a successful business. 

  At our annual, Regal Leadership Academy Film Festival, we present various awards for short and featured films. We also recognize businesses that make a tremendous impact in the community and present them with the Community Impact Award.

We show students how to replace toilets, sinks and floor tiles. We show them how to paint and do other minor repairs around the house. In addition, how to change the  oil in a car and how to change a tire.  

Oral communication and presentation skills are a major advantage in securing employment and securing deals. We work with the youth on their presentation and public speaking skills.
